What We Teach
Our experienced coaches (with over 20 years of expertise!) guide athletes through the fundamentals of tumbling. From forward rolls and cartwheels to walkovers and handsprings, every skill is taught safely and helps build confidence.
But cheerleading is more than just tumbling! Athletes will learn:

Stunting: Lifting teammates into exciting formations.

Dance: High-energy choreography.

Jumps & Routines: Perfecting team performances.
Tumbling skills are not required to join, but skills like forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, kickovers, and walkovers are great to have!
